PARTNER QUESTIONS

Contractor & Dealer FAQ

Everything you need to know about joining Thee Restaurant Plug Network before you apply.

Contractors & Service Professionals

Who can apply to join the contractor network?

Commercial repair technicians, installers, refrigeration companies, electricians, plumbers, hood and fire-suppression professionals, movers, fabricators, general contractors, and other qualified restaurant-service providers may apply.

Is there a fee to submit an application?

No. There is no fee to apply. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or a specific number of jobs.

How are contractors reviewed?

TRPN reviews experience, service areas, licenses or certifications when applicable, insurance, references, professionalism, responsiveness, and the types of projects your company can perform.

How will I receive job opportunities?

When a customer request matches your services and coverage area, TRPN may contact you with the available project details. You can review the opportunity before deciding whether you are available.

Am I required to accept every job?

No. You may decline work that does not fit your schedule, service area, equipment, crew capacity, or professional qualifications. Reliable communication is required.

Who sets the price and handles payment?

Pricing, deposits, payment terms, and warranties are confirmed for each project. Contractors must clearly communicate their pricing and should not begin work until the job terms are understood by all involved parties.

Can my company be removed from the network?

Yes. Unsafe work, dishonesty, repeated no-shows, poor communication, unauthorized price changes, customer mistreatment, or other serious professionalism concerns may result in suspension or removal.

Dealers & Equipment Suppliers

What types of dealers can join?

New and used restaurant-equipment dealers, wholesalers, liquidators, manufacturers, parts suppliers, financing partners, and specialty vendors may apply.

Do dealers have to be located in Dallas–Fort Worth?

No. TRPN accepts qualified local, regional, and nationwide partners. Your application should clearly state your delivery areas, shipping options, and service coverage.

What information should a dealer provide?

Provide your product categories, brands, inventory capabilities, delivery or freight options, installation support, warranty practices, return policies, financing options, and primary service areas.

Does TRPN purchase or own dealer inventory?

Not automatically. TRPN connects customers with suitable partners and coordinates opportunities. Any purchase, consignment, referral, or project agreement must be confirmed separately.

How are customer leads matched with dealers?

TRPN considers the requested equipment, budget, condition preference, location, timeline, delivery needs, installation requirements, warranty expectations, and the dealer’s available inventory.

Can I update my inventory or company information?

Yes. Approved partners should keep their contact information, service areas, product categories, policies, and availability current so TRPN can make accurate referrals.

Does approval guarantee sales or referrals?

No. Approval allows your company to be considered for matching opportunities, but TRPN cannot guarantee sales volume, lead frequency, or customer selection.

Ready to get in front of new customers? Contractors can complete the application above. Equipment dealers can use the dedicated dealer application.
